"An excellent location next to one of the best restaurants on the island Oceana. The Pool is very nice rooms small but well appointed. Great for a stop over if you need to be close to the airport or ferry for further travel. Loved it !"

"Staff was extremely friendly. The room was very clean and we had the perfect view! Half mountains and the bay! They had a coffee shop with basic breakfast options like bagels. We will definitely be coming back amd staying at Blue Beards Castle!"

"We enjoyed this place. We booked one night at first since most places in St Thomas are not as as good as they appear online but we liked it well enough to book two more nights. Ac units are lacking a bit, but hotel was a good value and very clean. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed one night at the restaurant. Staff is excellent. "Loved the location and being right on the beach with a great bar called The Shack with great food and very friendly bartenders. Magens Bay which is one of the best beaches in the world is 10 min away. The best restaurant on the island called Fish Bar is 5 min away and there's a grocery store even closer on the same road. This was everything I hoped it would be and more and we will be back. Make sure you rent a car and I wouldn't call it kid friendly. "

"A fun, quirky place to stay. Perfect for our St John experience. It's not a fancy, modern hotel experience, so if you are looking for that go elsewhere. The rooms are clean and comfy, but unconventional. We really liked being able to use the library of books and maps and beach gear (chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel equip) for our play time, and love that they have "leftover lotion and bug spray" available for guest use. Why throw away a perfectly good, mostly full bottle of product when another...

The Westin Beach Resort & Spa at Frenchman's Reef

Well worth it !!!

"Lovely resort! Beautiful vistas! Great beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas! Great food service on the beach from salt shack restaurant! People so nice! Pool area very nice with 3 pools to choose from! 2 pools are exclusively for adults. Plentiful restaurant options with outdoor dining Rooms newly renovated fresh clean and comfortable beds! Overall a great resort and very family friendly as well You can take a hotel shuttle down to beach or outdoor staircase with lots of stairs but pretty views along the way One problem was that the beach elevator was out of service, but in our group of 70-4 year olds we all managed the steps up and down just fine ! Our group of 14 people agreed that we would all definitely return! Enjoy your stay! "
