"My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore."

"Had a fantastic stay at Il Respiro! The pool is fantastic so we spent most of our time going down the slide! Would be great if there were plastic cups and plates since you'll likely end up mostly outside taking advantage of the fresh air and watching the local wildlife."

"It's a quiet cabin in the forest. You can see the green trees all around you. Cabin has many windows so it feels airy, and every window gives you a view of the trees at different angles, and that's exactly what we were looking for. It's a quiet neighborhood, with the sounds (and occasional visit through the property) of turkeys. For us living in Bay Area, this nature retreat was a beautiful getaway."

"The best part of this property is that it is very close to Volcano & Pine Grove. If you want to spend time in Jackson or Plymouth there are other options for a "couple." It is in a very wooden resident development and has a great view. Homes are near but not too close. It is a 1 bedroom with only a queen bed. "Property was very comfortable for the six of us. Enjoyed the outdoor space a lot. Home was clean and an easy walking distance to town. Would love a few more wine glasses and metal kitchen chairs not the most comfy. Also would like some cleaning supplies to clean kitchen table etc. Had a wonderful weekend and look forward to a return visit. Thanks to our hosts."

"The cottage is far back in the backyard of the main house. You don't even realize there is another home on the property except that you need to walk past it on the way in. Bed was comfy and the patio was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is some poison oak sprouting up here and there in the yard/hedges so make sure to stay clear of it especially if you bring a dog. It took about 5 minutes to walk to the main street. "We had a great time staying in a nice (and very clean) home, with good separation for the two families involved, and great amenities (hot tub, dog run, etc). We enjoyed the views of the forest from the multiple decks, bbq-ing, and relaxing after hitting some AMAZING golf courses in the area!"

"My friends and I stayed 4 nights and we were all very comfortable as well as enjoyed our stay! Lots of space! Beds are comfortable. The whole place was spotless.
