"Very nice for the cabin in the woods with Toya lake view. I loved the lake view bathroom.The owner manages everything. I bought half-board the food was excellent especially with the wagyu and corn soup."

"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. We were unable to turn it down enough to get a comfortable temperature without opening the windows. Getting to Niseko Village gondola base (not the main base by the...

"Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. Hiking there would take close to an hour and it's mostly uphill. The only place to eat is milk kobo which is a 5 min walk. Would be a good place to stay during...

"Awesome time at this place, they really know how to cook delicious eggs in the morning! Very helpful to have pickup/drop off in the area upon arrival and departure from town. Beds are firm but so the trick. Lots of good food in the area. Would recommend."

"Such a beautiful place to stay. Love everything about this property except that the service was not up to par. Staff was not adequate. They also did not have the cake which I ordered in advance but made it up by getting one last min for my husband’s surprise. No housekeeping service here. They should at least offer daily throwing of trash in the room instead of every 2 days."
