"We stayed here for one night, and it was lovely. Supper and breakfast were great, and soaking in the jacuzzi while listening to all the birds, cicadas and other animals was very relaxing. The view from the back deck and hammock was incredible when the clouds went away! It was great to relax with a book. "There was no communication between staff and guest because the staff "acted" like they couldnt speak english and when i used a spanish app they acted like they had no clue until they needed my money then suddenly they understood what i said and english. Constant noise and animals. Pool sucks too. They provide a home cooked breakfast which was really good so thats why they get 1 star but nothing else."

"Our room was very spacious and on the first floor. We even had a balcony at the other end of the room. The pool was small and a disabled person in our party could not get in it because there were no handrails. The setting was up in the mountains north of Alajuela and the air was fresh at night. We will return to this hotel because it is not far from the airport."

"We stayed 3 nights at Finca Vibran. The grounds and flowers are gorgeous and the views of the valley are amazing. Our room was very nice and comfortable. My only issue is that it was very warm in our room and only a small bathroom window for ventilation. Our only other option was to open our door at night (not worried about our safety at all) but the issue was bugs. There is mosquito netting over the bed, but I don't want to let all those bugs into our room. Lots of bugs anyway--beetles...

It is attached to a convenience store for beer, snacks and alcohol. Pool was clean. Also has a whole bar area that you can leverage by the pool. Property can be a little noisy in the morning when everyone is going to work since it is located directly on the main road to La Fortuna."
