"This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."

"The stay was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable however, lacked some additional extras which would have made the stay more enjoyable, such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries and accessories for the bathroom. The ongoing strike at the property was also noticeable in common areas due to the grubby appearance in certain areas such as the elevators. "When we arrived, there was a bit of a wait, and the process felt slower than I had hoped. It seemed like they were understaffed, or perhaps there was a technical issue, but it took a while before I could get our room keys. I understand that delays happen, but a quicker check-in would have been appreciated after a long day of travel. I would still recommend this hotel, but I hope they work on streamlining the check-in process to make the arrival experience smoother for future guests."
