Actually the employees all throughout the hotel/ hotel restaurants were so friendly. Location is in the heart of old Quebec city so everything is very walkable. Very european like city. "

"We had an excellent stay, location is great it is central to shopping and arts area as well as the old town area. Didn't use the car once while we were there. Mentro 5 minute walk. The staff were so helpful, when we checked in they asked about the visit and recommended transport routes for all destinations. The room was great for a family we had the one bedroom suite. Also ideal if you are there on bussiness as it gives you space. Gym equipemnt is great make and used by big brand gyms and looked new. Beds firm but very comfy, sheets spotless. Breakfast was to me great for a hotel of this style. Like the little touches like dried cranberrys, hot chocolate etc.. I thought this was an excellent choice for a hotel in the mid to budget end of the market. Highly recomend. "
