"This property was beyond amazing. I do not have one negative comment. The hotel had a tranquil and welcoming feel, like a mini White Lotus, but it did not have all of the drama. Everyone who worked there was so accommodating and pleasant. My best friend and I were there for four nights and most of our interactions were with Neil and Jonel. I hope the hotel recognizes how fortunate they are to have such passionate and caring employees. Though small, the pool was perfect, and with only 11 rooms, none of the shared spaces ever felt crowded. It was the opposite, we hardly saw any of the other guests. Get the breakfast - top-notch. The rooftop bar was spectacular too. I wished we had even just one more day to stay at the hotel and continue to enjoy the magic of this special space. I cannot recommend Hotel Casa Don Luis Cap Cana by Faranda Boutique enough. And again, thank you, Neil and Jonel, for going above and beyond to make our time at your hotel so memorable."

"The penthouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for family of 6. Gorgeous view of Caribbean Sea from primary bedroom and balcony. Great spot for morning coffee, reading, playing cards, etc. Enjoyed movie night in loft space, large beautiful dining room table where we had Dominican lady Claudia cook us a traditional meal. Laundry room with sink for after beach day clean up. Beach area housed large cabanas and large walk in pool. Private beach club available next door for a nominal fee. Very safe and secure with require key cards for all entries and exits. Parking for rental car under apt. Aquamarina is an a la carte facility but magnificent location and very clean. "

"Secrets Cap Cana was amazing. Mom/daughter trip- 5 days . Overall: The entire resort was easy to get around, was kept in great shape, was very clean and the service was top notch! Everyone was so friendly and remembered you. Beach and Pool: The beach was large, very clean, the sand was soft and without garbage, the water was calm, shallow and without waves like in Punta Cana. There was ample amount of seating (both covered and uncovered) on the beach and in the pool. People weren’t having to get up early to stake out their spots. The moment you walked on beach, you were greeted with a friendly smile and impeccable service with 1-2 servers that laid out your towels (plentiful), brought bucket of ice water & served you all day. (Highly recommend Danny!). Don’t forget ample sun screen and raft! Buying it there is $$$. Food/Drinks: many restaurant offerings (varying in style and type), easy to get in and food was great (better than other Secrets we have been to). We drank the water (other than brushing teeth- used bottled) and ate whatever we wanted the entire time and had zero GI issues. Spa: amazing! Rooms: high floor tropical King suite. Perfect, clean, partial ocean views Concierge: Carlos- great! Even had room decorated and had a cake for my bday. Safety: we stayed at resort. Very safe. Airport transfer: great! Cons: small gift shop $$- toothbrush $8. Highly recommend Secrets CC. Bring cash don’t forget to tip! "

"The property and staff were great. Some of the amenities were hard to access or find. The ATM did not work. Nobody had change so I could tip staff. It seemed like a tactic."

"I cannot say enough about how nice this place is. It is in a perfect location, and Tony is an amazing host. Any questions or concerns we had were always answered very quickly. The shuttle service was great and they stopped at the grocery store on the way to the condo. I wish I was still there!Thank you Tony! We will be back!"
