"Definitely an amazing resort, for relaxation & hanging vibes. The resort is a little ways from downtown punta cana where all the pubs and bars are & taxi transport to those places are extremely high. Some excursions also dont pick up from this resort. But overall I would say 9 out of 10. The food selection was top tier and our room was on of the best on the property. Just wish we could of enjoyed the ocean but it was sooo much seaweed the section was blocked off"

"Superb hotel, refurbished very recently, the rooms are almost brand-new, spacious and well equipped with a huge bed and the sofa bed for our toddler was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the resort and the sea on the 4th floor. The hotel is quiet, clean and the staff are very kind. They don’t ask you for tips (not like at the Sanctuary or the Ocean Blue). The food quality and choice is the best we had so far. They have kids menu and variety of choices. The hotel offers to club members a private restaurant and a pool. The hotel has good entertainments in the evening, concerts, cigar-making, caricatures, beach parties. Barbecue parties. They have a kids club and we used the nanny service as well with a qualified staff (15usd per hour). We used the spa and it was nice too. We really liked our stay at Dreams Cap Cana and we will return here in our next stay in Dom Rep. Ps: Do not book Ocean Blue, avoid at all costs. I had food poisoning and I was unwell for 2 days, the hotel is old, rooms smell mold, staff asking for tips… the beach is beautiful but that’s the only good thing about ocean blue. "

"That was our best experience in a Punta Cana hotel by far. We went to celebrate birthday and anniversary and we had a great time. Hotel, staff, pools, bars, dining options, everything was great. The check in process was smooth with Preferred front desk agent Luis. We stayed at the Villas and Alvaro was our assigned butler, he did a great job. Our housekeeper (Betania) did also a great job. In the Villas pool bar, our bartender Emanuel was amazing, as well as the pool butlers in the Preferred pool (Yoenfry, Johan, Alexander and Christopher). In the buffet during breakfast and lunch, our servers (Nataly, Elisa and Geidy) did also great. Finally, our spa experience was one of the best we ever had. Leoncia and Olga were amazing. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be going back next year. "

"The property was nice. It was clean all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lewis the Butler was very understanding and communicative about our stay. The employees there accommodated us with everything that we needed. The view from our hotel was very nice every day the maid cleaned our room and restocked their fridge. I don’t have any complaints about staying here. Since this hotel is a part of the marina. There is a gated community that doesn’t allow anybody in unless they have a purpose or they’re staying there. I felt safe walking around at night. I would love to come here again and enjoy the time with my family. The beach is about 10 minutes away, and they do provide transport every hour if you don’t have a car. There are many food choices here as well. There’s a couple restaurants around the hotel that you can eat at and they do provide you with food they give you two choices every night to eat. Overall, our stay was fantastic and I would recommend anybody to stay here if they want something quiet and family oriented. "
