"Since we arrived at The Sanctuary resort, we had the warmest welcome and we felt this throughout our stay, we enjoy every minute, it was wonderful but the outstanding hospitality we received from the one-on-one personnel such as Felix from the steak house rest. & brkfst., Antolin from the Asian Wok rest., Sandro from the Italian rest., Dario and Jannete from our daily breakfast at Casa Bella, and as for the Pool this area had its own Ambassadors wish made the time spent even more special such as Oscar Myer, Jesús, Elvis and Happy Boy these are the people we were fortunate to be in contact with through our entire stay they were responsible for the great time we had we highly recommend it. during this time, we also had the opportunity to visit the Spa, again outstanding professional service. "I don’t even know where to start. The customer service at this hotel is absolutely A1. I surprised my husband with a trip to Cap Cana for his birthday, and from the moment we arrived we were treated so graciously. During our check in process we were served very refreshing coconut water as well as some margaritas to kick off the weekend. Check in was quick and we were escorted to our room. Our room was clean and even had the birthday decorations I asked for. We later had issues with the air conditioning in the room, but that was resolved immediately. The hotel was able to accommodate us with a different room that was even more beautiful and well kept. We were then surprised with a romantic setup for the inconvenience upon our return from one of our excursions the following day. This hotel was absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured. The staff is courteous, friendly, prompt, & made us feel more like family instead of traveling guest. If I can give 10,000 stars I would. We will definitely choose Hotel Casa Don Luis if we ever return to Punta Cana! Thank you for your services. "

"We just returned from a 5 day trip (two adults, two kids). Good spot for a getaway, pool and beach were very nice and food and drinks were very accessible. Food was above average for an all-inclusive type place. Very key that the couch beds are not cheap springs but rather foam so they happen to be quite comfortable. We did the Blind Butcher experience one night, was worth the experience, lots of food. One downside was the "reserve a chair by the pool" race.. full on here so if you wanted a spot for the first half of the day, you needed to be up very early to do so. That was somewhat annoying but we did beach first most days. Would definitely go again and recommend if looking for an easy pool/beach all inclusive vacation."
