"The staff made the experience great! Everyone was welcoming and excelled at customer service. The hotel is located near many food options and shopping. The hotel design was lovely and intimate enough that allowed for social gatherings around the hotel that was relaxing and fun. The beach was beautiful and water was clear. "This property is perfect for a romantic getaway. We stayed 3 nights in one of the cottages which is located away from the main building so it is somewhat isolated. It is perfect if you want a peaceful weekend. The only issue is the lack of staff. After 7pm you are on your own. And even though they provide you with a number to call, they do not answer nor can you leave a message. This became an issue at one point. Other then that it is a perfect oasis. "

"Overall it was a pretty good place, within walking distance of the event, restaurants and beaches. The place is clean and spacious. The only negative I have is there was no washer or dryer and the sink in the main hallway leaking. We had to put a bowl under to catch the water. Other than that, it was great."

"Even though we removed the Do No Disturb sign on one of our days at the hotel, housekeeping did not service or room. So it seemed to be hit and miss. However, the Housekeeping staff were always very friendly, so we assumed it was an inadvertent error. "
