"This property was beautiful and convenient. We felt safe since the community is gated. It was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, and Uber rides to El Viejo San Juan, Condado Beach, and La Placita were all under $10. Our only minor issue, which wasn’t a big deal, was some ceiling paint falling in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, likely due to humidity or normal wear and tear. "The location and the studio was amazing. Very clean and cozy. I did not like the smell in the fridge or that the cleaner dumps the dirty water out in the beautiful bushes in front of the porch. There is lots of lint ect stuck in the pretty bushes now"

"My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aquátika Resort. Finding the location can be a little tricky, but once you arrive the atmosphere is secure and picturesque. Ana was a gracious host and communicative throughout the entire process. The space was clean, and fitted with everything you would need for the experience. It was so easy to access the amazing beach and enjoy one of the five pools. The roosters may awaken you in the morning, but that speaks to the authentic joys of being surrounded...

"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"Very spacious bedrooms, living area and kitchen with full fridge. Pots and pans could have been larger with better fitting lids. Closets were ample, but we had to adjust the sliders. Great view of the beach. Pigeons roosting and cooing on the airconditioner were very loud and unpleasant. "
