"Loved this hotel, close to the square. Staff was super friendly. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Cookies, comp water, fruit juice and fresh fruit were a lovely touch in the room. AC worked great. Breakfast was lovely. Drinks were on par. Only issue was we were locked out of the hotel for 15 mins. on a Saturday night in the rain at 10:45pm. We had a late dinner reservation and we rang the door bell and clicked the knocker several times. We had to call the main hotel line several times to gain...
