The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. "The hotel is nice al well kept however we got our rooms on the dirt floor, close to the lobby. There was noise all the time. In the morning we could hear the staff cleaning the floor of the patio behind our room, with their mops and buckets. We could also hear the beeping of the machines in the gym since 5:30 am."
