"The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)"

"Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front. Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us. Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways. "Pleasant/courteous staff. Very clean fabulous breakfast with your morning cappucino. Also across the street from a wonderful pastry store , and a nice park to get your morning run in. Town people are very chilled and stress free."

"I did not know that breakfast area is open for summer only. So, we were given simple breakfast like jam, muffin, yogurts in the room. The stay was chosen because we were on the way from Pisa to Southern Tuscany so we needed 1 night stay. The staff were very friendly."
