"The house is picture perfect - and the views are absolutely stunning. As others have said, to get to it, you need to drive down a bit of bumpy dirt road (so having a SUV would be a wise choice), but once you get there l, the pure serenity and peacefulness of the Tuscan hills await you. "The VRBO is conveniently located within walking distance to all the Florence downtown scenic historical attractions. It should be noted a city tax per person, per day will be required to be paid to the hostess during stay. Also just prior to the stay we found out the washer wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed until we left. Overall though a very comfortable VRBO and would recommend to stay while in Florence. "

"This house was lovely. There was plenty of space to spread out, screens on all windows to enjoy the breeze, beautiful Tuscany views from the comfortable balcony, and a wonderful new pool. "We had an amazing family holiday on the outskirts of Florence. We used buses and trains throughout our stay to explore Florence - recommend a visit to the Uffizi. We also had a day trip to pisa. There are so many piazza’s, churches, bars, restaurants, statues and stunning architecture in Florence. We also had a day trip to Pisa. The leaning tower was the highlight of that trip. The property was clean and well equipped. Bus connections were easy. Stefano was helpful. A wonderful holiday ! 😀"

"What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!"

"The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

It is close enough to Florence for easy day trips - a car is recommended for convenient access to the property, but there is ample free parking in a nearby town to head downtown by bus. "We have been travelling the world for over 2 years now & my husband & adult son agreed this was the BEST ‘home away from home’ stay we've found so far!! Its simply gorgeous, was immaculately clean, designed with thought & intention and Ginevra even left treats for us!! Adored the pink couches, green bathroom and beautiful books!! The apartment is located in a lovely leafy suburb just out of town & has loads of cute cafes nearby!! I would highly recommend staying here!!"

"Everything was exactly as advertised at this beautiful Impruneta Tuscan farmhouse - perfect spot for two couples to explore Tuscany. Mattia had some excellent recommendations for areas to explore. We had beautiful views of the Tuscan hills. While we had some rainy days, that also meant we had incredible, vibrant, double rainbows appear. Accomodations: The farmhouse is just charming.
