"I love that it was only 20 minutes to the city, for sightseeing but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the country area. The negatives would be the narrow road, the stairs in our apartment. The breakfast box was not breakfast but more like snacks "

"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. "My family and I stayed there for 2 nights, at the family suite. It was very clean and well decorated & furnished, with private pool and garden. The environment and view were good, staff were helpful, buffet breakfast got lot of choices. Highly recommended this lovely place "

"Absolutely beautiful and unique time here. The staff were top-notch; helpful, kind and discreet. Breakfast had everything you could want including delicious cappuccino! It was a little warm in the room at night but that was a small issue compared to all the many positives of this property. They have very light aromatic oil sticks in the common areas; a wonderful aroma wafts by you at times. Nothing strong; just very nice. Housekeeping daily at your convenience.
