"From the top-notch location (Right at Piazza Tournabuoni and two minute walk to Ponte Vecchio- to the ginormous riverfront prestige ROOM with the 20’ domed fresco painted ceilings—sooo worth it!—we enjoyed all the modern creature comforts AND true Florentine renaissance history right above our heads! The ultra-friendly and responsive staff and 5 star service went above and beyond! I asked, and the obliged with a Christmas tree in my room-made me cry! "I love that it was only 20 minutes to the city, for sightseeing but far enough to enjoy the quietness of the country area. The negatives would be the narrow road, the stairs in our apartment. The breakfast box was not breakfast but more like snacks "

"Siamo stati presso i Vivai 2 notti includendo la cena di Capodanno e una successiva cena il giorno 1 Gennaio. I Vivai è un luogo rilassante, piacevole, la suite davvero bella, elegante con notevoli note raffinate che si vedono nei dettagli e nell'arredo. "My family and I stayed there for 2 nights, at the family suite. It was very clean and well decorated & furnished, with private pool and garden. The environment and view were good, staff were helpful, buffet breakfast got lot of choices. Highly recommended this lovely place "

"Great little apartment complex tucked away but still close/walking distance to the centre/main attractions. Apartment came with a kitchenette (though this wasn't included in our booking) and second bed and lounge area on a mezzanine."

"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The service is OUTSTANDING, including room service and breakfast (which is extremely generous and delicious and offers amazing views) and also concierge. Location is unbeatable: on the river, on one of the mist lovely piazzas in Florence and Via Tornabuoni is by any account the mist elegant shopping...

"We had the unit on the bottom floor it was too loud to get a good nights sleep. You could hear all the passing cars/motos and people talking nearby. We also used the sofa bed and it was terribly uncomfortable."
