"The location is great, very close to a subway station and it had lots of dining options and supermarkets nearby. The hotel staff were nice, and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the size of the room, it's remarkably small and the only place where I could place my suitcase was on the bed, and I slept on the other side. The day I arrived we did not have any internet at all during the whole day, but the issue was solved the day after."

"Fantastic pastries at breakfast. Convenient location within a short walk of the metro and the cable car. Good sized, comfortable room. Helpful front desk staff. Although check-in is clearly stated as 3.00 pm we arrived quite early from a very long 14 hour flight so it would have been a nice gesture to show a little flexibility and allow us early check-in, I'm fairly sure rooms were available although I fully accept that the hotel was well within its rights to make us wait.
