"I stayed in the private apartment (thought was on sight) But it is down the street from the hostel. The apartment is basic and no shampoo or anything like that. Two towels and no dish towels. Apartment was kind of run down but the price is what you get. Bed was not that comfortable and no ac; just a fan. Area was close to the plaza and the lucia hill (5-10 minute walk) nice views from 22nd floor but stayed for 3 nights in Santiago and least favorite city so far; graffiti everywhere after the...
