"This hotel was more like staying at the home of an elegant friend. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave!! The staff is superb, especially Camila and Rente. There are restaurants and markets just around the corner and the neighborhood is safe and classy. I look forward to going again!!"

"The apartment is small & not clean. Furnitures are old & not comfortable. Breakfast is the worst I had during this vacation in South America."

"Super nice host and definitely good apartment conditions, buuuuut unfortunately there was some workers at 8:00am in the early morning, who were really noisy. :( The parking area is right in front of the door and there's enough place for leaving the car. The internet connection was also really good! :) After all, we're happy with this spot and would recommend it. "

"Overall very cute boutique hotel in a very safe area. We had an updated room which was nice. Two areas of improvement: the bathroom - more specifically the shower - definitely needed a deep clean. There was a lot of bathroom grime in the shower. Also, the AC unit (which may be a thing in Chile in general) made very loud clicking noises so it may need replacing. I still rated it a 5 because our overall stay was pleasant - staff were very helpful, the breakfast was ample, and our room was nice."

" Everyone here was very friendly and to the best of their ability very accommodating. That property is next to a very hip and vibrant neighborhood called Bella Vista So there were many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable and housekeeping kept it very clean"

"El hotel esta ubicado en zona céntrica. Todo el personal del área de recepción siempre está muy atento, son amables y serviciales. Solo tengo algo que señalar, al momento de realizar el check in te facilitan un número teléfonico para poder comunicarte al área de recepción por medio de WhatsApp. En dos ocasiones escribí para asistencia y no respondieron. No hago el señalamiento como crítica ya que pude resolver, pero sí como un área a mejorar para beneficio de la comunicación con futuros huéspedes. Sin dudar lo recomendaría!"
