Lo primero es que NO ES hotel como se oferta en la página, es una especie de Hostal por lo tanto no hay recepción 24 horas, lo que no se especifica en la página. Cada huésped tiene la llave y si queda abierto o cerrado nadie lo controla. Hay personas que reservan y llegan en la madrugada, y tocan el timbre, tocan la puerta, hasta una patrulla hubo que llamar porque no había nadie que resolviera nada. En lugares bonito, Antiguo y acogedor, si no fuera porque absolutamente todo lo que se camina, se habla y se hace en cualquier habitación se oye en todas y eso es incomodo. Por último la persona que hace la recepción y el cobro de las habitaciones es un poco impertinente en su trato, poco cordial y con ningún tipo de actitud de servicio. Estuvimos bien, pero pienso que esos puntos deben mejorar.

A recepção foi incrível, a atenção recebida pelos funcionários e a rapidez em resolver problemas também. A localização é maravilhosa, fizemos tudo andando. O café é entregue no quarto, não chega a ser um banquete. Por ser um hostel, tem outros hóspedes que não entendem a regra do manter limpo, mas não tivemos problemas em relação à barulhos ou bagunças.

Foi a Parte Ruim da linda viagem ao Chile
1- Localização boa- 1km do Metrô 2- acomodação ruim( é uma casa bem antiga, com Chão todo de madeira, com quartos, alguns tem banheiro outros não, e assim usam um comunitário, é mais um Hostel) 3- Chuveiro muito Ruim, aqueles bem antigos, que desprendem da parede e vira um “chuveirinho”, mesmo com a porta do box travada, vaza água e molha o banheiro todo(não tem ralo para escoar) 4- Limpeza ruim, banheiro fica sempre molhado, não trocam as toalhas, nem a toalha de chão. 5- Café da manhã bem simples, mas praticamente não se toma, pois os passeios saem muito cedo. 6- Porta de entrada da casa com problemas, no primeiro dia fiquei 30 minutos tentando abrir a porta, e já eram 22:10 (um morador do local que escutou e veio abrir, e me disse que a chave tinha um “segredinho”, ou seja todo dia era uma luta para fazer abrir. 7- se pagarem mais de R$ 120,00 o dia não vale a Pena. 8- As fotos, disponíveis para visualizações antes de reservar não são desse endereço (Alberto Magno 1339) talvez sejam de outro Tralkan B&B

La que nos recibió tuvo una actitud muy pesada ya que se rió de nosotros de forma burlesca. Nos querían cobrar un porcentaje más aparte de lo que decía la página (donde decía que estaba incluido impuestos y demás) aún pagando en efectivo. Perdimos una hora esperando respuesta y más encima no dieron ninguna solución. Pésima experiencia

Destaco la ubicación, cercana a metro y en buen sector. Lo malo que encontre es que indican baño privado y el baño en cuestion esta fuera de la habitación, y ni siquiera al lado sino que se encuentra lejos. Y lo otro que podrían mejorar es la limpieza y el orden de la cocina ( habia un colchon) Y la vista por la ventana hacia un patio interior estaba sucio con heces de palomas .
