"Situated in a vibrant area with lots of young people, bars and restaurants. It was within easy walking distance of the Costanera Tower and shopping centre, plus parks. We always felt safe although we typically don't go out at night. There is some road construction going on in front of the building, which causes a bit of dust and noise, however, this didn't affect our stay any."

"We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. "I stayed her 3 nights… my first night in Chile and then I chose to return for two nights several weeks later at the end of my trip. The restaurant is great. The location is in a quiet, clean and safe neighborhood., it is a short walk to the greenway system leading to Balmaceda Park. Plenty of shopping and dining choices nearby. The staff were quite helpful and spoke English well. Would stay again."

"Nice location. Lots of security which can be a real pain but felt safe. No English at front desk. First room had no working oven and AC was in another room. However, they moved me to another room which was a bit better. There is no housekeeping so my room got pretty gross after 7 days. Also, no blanket on bed, just the cover which i did not know if it was clean. The property manger was very responsive. Close to everything and metro is almost next door. "Great location Providencia residential so all facilities at hand - restaurants, super, pharmacy, money changer etc... and only a short walk to teleferico - a must! Hotel in good condition, extremely helpful staff, restaurant and room service means you don't always have to go out!"
