"Host was very gracious, welcoming, quite responsive, and available. The grounds are beautiful and the unit is a short walk from shops, restaurants, and parks. A slight drawback was uneven heating in different areas though overall it was quite comfortable."

"I had a lovely stay at Casa da Cisaltina. Fatima, the owner, made me feel right at home and was very helpful with information about things to do in the area and suggestions! The breakfast was delicious and included her homemade jams. There is a wonderful view out the backyard of the northside of the caldera. Added bonus is the parking on site - a car is definitely necessary in the Povocao area and eastern side of the island. "

"My family stayed at Pedro’s place - The Spot from July 4-July 8. We didn’t want to leave. This was by far our favorite place we rented! The house was perfect for our family- with two bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and pool / hot tub area. The rooftop pool and hot tub was such a nice amenity to have. "Manger of the hotel were helpful when was told we were denial we were SHOCKED but one day we stayed diff. hotel but went back next day. We were disappoints that we tried to canceled house rental they refused cost me 500$ for not using this house . we did tried to cancelled almost a week.Others were helpful and respected each other.
