" Catherine was a delight! When we checked on Sept 5th. She was very helpful and cordial.(that is tje service you need after almost 24 hours flight!)we had a trip delay for a day. She made us take our breakfast before taking the mich needed rest. We came back on the 24th Sept, and she was effficient as ever. We told her that he had to come back because of the great service. (This also includes, Che and Raymond) highly recommended. We will use this hotel again. It is clean and conveniently located to great food places and malls"
