It is a facility that clearly has been converted and is still in the process of updating and conversion. There is a single, large common room (lobby) on which all the bedrooms face. The property is not new so if you're looking for a contemporary "shiny" and "fancy" vacation home, this isn't for you. There is a smell but I believe Jose gives fair warning in the property summary.
