"This property was so beautiful! Everyone in my family enjoyed this place so much. I picked this for my husbands birthday surprise and he loved every minute of it. The Host was super nice and super helpful with everything. Overall 10/10 stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will be booking here again!"

"We are a group of seniors who get together every Super Bowl, we have been doing this for a number of years. We always rent a place to house our group. This property was perfect for our group, lovely layout and the view of the lake was perfect.The hosts were very accommodating, The transaction was very smooth with no problems."

"This is what VRBO is supposed to be in my mind. A nice room with a private bath and a place for our dog for a good price. And that is exactly what we got. So pleased and we’ll be back the next time we are in Peterborough!!!"

"This property was perfect for our ladies weekend getaway in Port Hope. Immaculate and tastefully decorated with lots of room inside and out for the seven of us. We enjoyed being able to walk to the waterfront trail and enjoy the beach. We plan to rent again and would highly recommend this gem."

"Beautiful home, love the chalet style decoration with lots of space for everyone to be together comfortably. We were 8 adults celebrating a birthday, just wanting to chill out and swim, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed, love the espresso machine, the fridge with the bottle chilling drawer and the pantry loaded with condiemnts, etc. The beds were suer comfy and the stereo system with the turntable was a real plus. Best part is the lower deck overlooking the dock and the lake....

"Property was easy to find. The location was not what i was expecting. The house is cute. Kitchen had basic utilities which suited our needs. No extractor fans in the kitchen or bathroom. We set the smoke detector off when we were cooking. You are not able to control the temperature in the house as there was no thermostat. I am assuming it was in the house next door. "New residential area with a large amount of condos. Nice view of the lake and a good amount of trails along the water. The host was very quick to respond whenever i had any questions. The unit was freshly cleaned prior to our arrival. We went in November as our plans were in Toronto but this would be a nice little summer getaway."

"House is spacious and supplies adequate. Just bring your own towels and linens as earlier advised by owner Water supply, hot and cold, is abundant for 12 people. Parking for 5 cars, no problem. Things that can easily be added to make the property more user friendly: 1) Grab bars in bath tubs to prevent accidents. We had two slips and had to grab the shower curtain and avoided a bad fall. 2) Electric fan in each room to address the warm nights of summer. Bought our own fans ar Port Perry...

We were met for a tour of their amazing property and they showed us how to access all of the games and amenities available. The space was beautiful, clean and very spacious. "Arrived and was initially impressed with the interior and exterior of the property. However, there were some areas in need of improvement: - the backyard appeared unkept and somewhat cluttered (recreational equipment, leftover materials from interior/exterior renovations) - watercraft appeared uncared for, as did other equipment on property (i.e. mower, deck, patio furniture, trampoline) - cleaners had left shortly before we arrived. "The place was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had everything you need. It even had little toiletry bags made up for the guests which I though was really cute and thoughtful. Roxanne was very responsive, accomodating and respectful and instructions were clear. This made made check in and check out easy, and our stay great. I Highly recommend."
