"This property was perfect for our ladies weekend getaway in Port Hope. Immaculate and tastefully decorated with lots of room inside and out for the seven of us. We enjoyed being able to walk to the waterfront trail and enjoy the beach. We plan to rent again and would highly recommend this gem."

"This is what VRBO is supposed to be in my mind. A nice room with a private bath and a place for our dog for a good price. And that is exactly what we got. So pleased and we’ll be back the next time we are in Peterborough!!!"

"Beautiful home, love the chalet style decoration with lots of space for everyone to be together comfortably. We were 8 adults celebrating a birthday, just wanting to chill out and swim, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed, love the espresso machine, the fridge with the bottle chilling drawer and the pantry loaded with condiemnts, etc. The beds were suer comfy and the stereo system with the turntable was a real plus. Best part is the lower deck overlooking the dock and the lake....

"This place is truly amazing! What an amazing weekend we had here! The hosts were very kind and communicative. We were met for a tour of their amazing property and they showed us how to access all of the games and amenities available. The space was beautiful, clean and very spacious. We also rented an extra camper trailer which they conveniently offer for extra space that was very nice and comfortable (and had A/C!). "Thank you for the use of your house. It was exactly as advertised and very well equipped with alot of nice touches. We loved the pool and the hot tub as well as the backyard sitting areas. Would absolutely recommend this property and host."

"Pretty and comfotable house with a nice beach house vibe and a beautiful back yard with a lakeview and great for lawn games! 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to charming main street in Port Hope. There was something for everyone! Group group. "

"Looking for a place to stay for a Xmas visit with my children whom I rarely get to see due to work travel etc, I found this location online, saw it was available right before Christmas, and booked/paid for one night. This was on a Saturday, with checkin on the Monday. I reach out to the owner on the Sunday to ask about early check in, only to be told that he was very sorry but there is no availability, which I presumed meant no availability for early check in. Show up Monday and ask for details...

"We stayed at this property in January to celebrate my Dad's 70th birthday in a location central to the family. It was warm (not a guarantee for a cottage in January), fairly clean, and had more supplies/amenities than I was expecting. didn't speak with the property"
