"Beautiful home, love the chalet style decoration with lots of space for everyone to be together comfortably. We were 8 adults celebrating a birthday, just wanting to chill out and swim, it was perfect for us. The kitchen was well appointed, love the espresso machine, the fridge with the bottle chilling drawer and the pantry loaded with condiemnts, etc. The beds were suer comfy and the stereo system with the turntable was a real plus. Best part is the lower deck overlooking the dock and the lake....

"Because this property uses the same system for the 2 units the owner controls the heating and cooling system. We were in the lower apartment and were freezing cold. As seniors we feel the cold and therefore would not have rented this property had we known. It may be fine for younger people but my husband found it so cold he couldn't sleep and we cut our stay short rather than endure the very uncomfortable temperatures. The other issue I had pertains to the lack of kitchen supplies. Minimal...

"This property was wonderful for our family to stay for a wedding in Port Hope. It was perfect for entertaining. Well located to shops but a very quiet place to relax. We had no children with us, but it would be great for families with kids. The property manager Amanda was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend. "
