Expedia allowed me to reserve a room using a relatives credit card (i do not have one) and then when i showed up at 7 at night with 2 children under 6 after having booked it a wk prior, i was refused. Absolutely disgusted. With both super 8 and expedia.

Night time even past the noise cut off didnt seem to matter to the night staff. My kids were kept up by loud tv and music Pool area rules not enforced including unsafe behavior by older teens jumping over people and doing flips. My daughter was almost hit a few times

Everything was ok but the breakfast was dismal. No hot food for over a half hour and no eggs. When it came out the potatoes were still half frozen. It was a busy day that should have been prepared for.
