"Great location very clean and the front desk staff was great. We were able to take the number 5 bus from the airport and there is a stop close to hotel. For the price and the hassle way better then staying in Venice and you can still catch the bus into the city."

"Our first time in Venice. We are at the end of a long trip and feeling a little worn. Venice is gorgeous, but the crowds can be overwhelming when you're tired. This lovely hotel offered the PERFECT space for both seeing the city and relaxing. It tucked away down a little alley away from the mayhem, but also just a quick 1 minute walk from many amazing food and drink options. Just a 5 minute walk from the train station. "We specified a first floor room due to my physical condition and they gave us a second floor room and they don’t have elevator. The carpet is filthy with a lot of stain. The curtain in the bathroom was dirty and has mold. They gave us just one soap for two people for the first two days we stayed there. The girl at the reception was not too kind. I don’t recommend that place"

"Great price and quick train ride to Venice. Comfortable bed and quiet. We believed that there was a shared kitchen according to the picture but no kitchen at all. We were offered to use the owners fridge but choose not to due to access limited in timing."

"The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was very appreciative of us staying there. It was in easy walking distance to buses to go into Venice. Parking was gated which was unexpected and put us at ease. The hostess was very friendly and informative of where to catch buses. All in all very nice. "

"A central location near many of the city’s best attractions. I was here because my wife was in hospital after an accident and dates were fluid. Barbara was very understanding and helpful about possible date changes. I would definitely stay here again. The room is very secure but be aware that it’s up two flights of stairs. "

"Angelica home was a nice stay for our days in Venice. It was a 20 minute bus ride away from Venice, and the bus stop was a small walk from our door. Our room had a separate bathroom right next door. The housekeeping would come in to clean our room every morning at like 9/10am. The common area had a lot of amenities: a nice fridge, a lot of tables, a piano, and a balcony looking over the street. "Good location for train/tram/bus services to/from airport and Venice centre. Clean room and bathroom. Noise not an issue for the location. Busy gym underneath and music reduced/stopped after 9.30pm. We left early so not sure what time it starts in the morning. Manager/owner sent lots of messages regarding check-in and check-out times. Extra charges for luggage storage and coin operated drinks machine. "

"Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us."

"The hotel is a good option if you wish to economize your stay in Venice. It is a bit difficult to find walking, but there is a water taxi that stops very close. The room was small, as one should expect. The experience was above par for an economical accommodation. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful! Nicolo (sp) went out of his way and escorted us to the water taxi on our departure, to assure we caught the right one. The daily breakfast, served in the courtyard, was wonderful!"

"This hotel was very nice for an overnight stay before our cruise. I recommend using their shuttle service to get to and from the airport. It was difficult to walk to the hotel from the airport. There was a lot of traffic and you had to stay on the sidewalks which were difficult to negotiate."
