"The main assets of any business are the staff members. In our experience all the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming. This made our stay in this cool, new, chic hotel a pleasure. The ladies in the breakfast room were all particularly good. They never ceased to be happy to help even when they were coping with very busy periods. "

"Pros-Felt very safe on site, easy breakfast option In the buffet and they have a restaurant on site. Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Very easy to book a shuttle to Venice island but it's only a 15min drive over if you've a car. Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear plugs would be beneficial to you. "

"I don’t usually share reviews, but this hotel was extremely nice.receptionist service was phenomenal the way they took care of the rooms when we were gone was spotless. The hotel stay was beautiful. We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. Overall I couldn’t have a more better experience and I am looking forward to come back! "

"It is basic without coffee machine or microwave or refrigerator. But it is clean and adequate. The lobby area is good for social and study. "
