It turned out to be mostly remodeled house, with lots of space, very close to the beach, and walking ditace from restaurants and mercados. Mario was very responsive to resolving any problems that came up, the house was pleasant, and it turned out to be a very good...

"This condo is clean and spacious for 4 people…. The location is very good and close to beach and amenities…. The check in process was very efficient and helpful. Probably best to have a car for groceries/touring . However very nice restaurants are within walking distance…. The check in process was seamless and although the pool was in need of repair. It did not hinder our holiday given that it was late April….. highly recommend. Thank you."

"Sara's apartment is incredible. Perfect location, beautiful balcony views, very comfortable bed and couch, and great kitchen. We came for a few days for our honeymoon and Sara was even kind enough to give us a welcoming treat! We could not have asked for a better place to stay in Ponta Delgada. Be sure to check out the restaurant downstairs to the left of the apartment! They were very kind to us and had wonderful food. Muito Obrigada Sara!"
