"The only thing was that there was a big tree at our balcony so couldnt see the ocean very well. We paid for ocean view and was Partially obstructed. The pool and bar staff were wonderful as for the front desk . The octopus restaurant was very good as for the other coffee shop was good too. People been very nice."

"The room was clean and spacious, with a great ocean view, bed was comfortable . Staff at front desk was friendly as well as the phone concierge. The service at the restaurant needs to be faster though. The food was good but we had to wait almos an hour for two gyro sandwiches. Their menu is very basic, and you are not allowed to bring ouside food or drinks. Something we didn't expect either was that we had to pay extra for each beach chair. "

"Enjoyed iur stay at Sheraton Cypress Creek. Ray at the front desk was really helpful in our decision on staying. Mike was very efficient and knowledgeable with our chick in. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. The facility was very clean despite the fact they have construction going on, in which wouldn't even be able to tell besides the fact that Ray and Mike did inform us and you can clearly see once on site. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and will be back soon."
