Location was great - off the canal and a short walk to the beach. Great balcony view. The hot tub was not warm enough so not really usable. The laundry situation was not good. You needed coins and the front desk was not able to supply them. The alternative was to download an app which I did however the app did not pick up the available machines so I entered personal credentials and loaded money only to have no access to a washing machine. Hotel is a bit dated but very comfortable.

I love the rooms, however, this last one didn't have a night stand. The light on the desk didn't work. And there was a missing piece of wood in the bathroom - needs repairing. My feet were dirty from walking around. Usually everything is great, this one though was not up to Hilton standards.

Great view. It is one of the stops for the water taxi, and we really enjoyed the water taxi! Property is also close to the beach, a very easy walk. I would stay here again.

We had a terrible smell of mold. We had to turn the air conditioner off because the smell of that. We had a broken table on the deck. The cabinets in the kitchen were falling off the hinges. Water was pouring out of the fridge. The hall right outside of the elevator had a plug in large air freshener and it was so smelly it made me plug my nose and run to my room. The carpet on the 14th floor just left of the elevator had white mold growing on it. The pool was full of debris. All in all I would NEVER stay there again. The only reason I stayed is because I hate toting my luggage everywhere and paying for a taxi. Good luck

My room was above a dumpster and work zone, which was very noisy even with the windows closed and AC on. The refrigerator had no temperature control and froze the food. On the positive side, the room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for those who cook. The bed was a little soft, but manageable for anyone who prefers a firm mattress.
