"Absolutely do not book this place!!! The host accepted my reservation & money for a ten day stay. I reached out via email for check in instructions and didn’t hear back but hosts often don’t send instructions until the day of arrival so I was not concerned. We spent the next 18 hours flying to Salvador. I arrived with my (adult) daughter at the location of the unit and was told by the very nice front desk lady that no instructions had been left for VRBO guests for any unit. We tried emailing the host and calling him repeatedly. The number he provided did not accept incoming calls!!! VRBO thank goodness managed to get my money back from him within a couple of days but we were stuck at 7pm in a new city scrambling to find a hotel room. Please avoid this fraudulent “host” at all costs. Subsequently, my reservation was allegedly cancelled due to “age restrictions” but that’s complete nonsense - as I stated, I was traveling with my ADULT daughter and there were in any case no child restrictions on the unit. I have seen other guests complain about last minute cancellations but it’s never happened to me. It’s insane that this fraud of a “host” couldn’t cancel the reservation before we got there so we could make alternate arrangements. I don’t know what kind of a scam he is running but it’s definitely a scam (and not a very good one). "

"We had a good stay in the bed, even tough. It was very hard. We slept good. The breakfast was surprisingly huge and very tasty treats on the buffet. For me as a coffee lover, I was overly disappointed with the coffee as we were in the main country of coffee and would suggest a better coffee and system. Overall, he was great value and we felt fairly safe. The staff was always very helpful even though English is a challenge for most stuff."

"A estadia em si foi boa. Antes de chegar, reparei que, o caminho em si estava num estado que necessitava de reparos. (REALMENTE, NAO EH CULPA DO HOTEL• O HOTEL, esta sobre outra administracao. Reparacoes estavam a ser feitas enquanto eu estava por la. O quarto bem amplo, acomodativo, com mini frigorifico, chuveiro, roupa de cama, tv e ar condicionado. Durante a noite, ouvia o frigorifico de ambos os lados e tambem, o que estava no meu quarto, mas, mesmo assim, consegui dormir alguma coisa. Ressalto que, por vezes, nao se tem controlo sobre essas coisas, mas, vale enfatizar que, um comentario, que seja construtivo, ajuda no melhoramento e a hospitalidade no Hotel. O hotel oferece pequeno almoco, a partir das 6:30 da manha ate as 10:30, mas verifique antes de reservar o hotel e pergunte o que eles oferecem. Tem a praia do futuro por perto, que oferece uma grande variedade de actividades e durante a noite, tem alguns lugares onde pode comer alguma coisa. O hotel em si, parece que esta numa area em desenvolvimento, e tambem devido ao covid, nao houve muito investimento e existe algumas casas abandonadas. Tenha cuidado ao explorar a area durante a noite, avisando seu familiar, ou seu/s suas amigos/as. "

"Bem localizado vários restaurantes, bares próximos. De frente para praia, boa piscina. E o Staff muito cordial e atencioso, principalmente os recepcionistas. Recomendo"
