"I was told that I would receive water...there was none..online shows that there is kitchenette..it was not a full kitchen no cutting knife etc. There was wifi but it a the basic..no access to streaming cites. Great furniture and setting."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to the subway and nearby bodegas. One thing, one of the mattresses was rock solid — the owners should invest in at least a mattress topper. The water in the shower gets extremely nice and hot, and the other tenants were very friendly. Another weird thing, “an exterminator” came in the morning during one of the days we stayed around 9am, and tried to barge in and “exterminate”. That was uncomfortable, and he had a key. "I was most concerned when I saw reviews about lack of communication with the owner and a confusing check in process, because I've had a few negative experiences with that. Please be assured that the check in process was clear and smooth. The building is historic and has been through some things over the years, and it shows on the interior.
