The staff were just brilliant, so thoughtful and friendly and this went for everyone we encountered. Equally, the property is fantastically located, right by the subway but right by Central Park and short walk to Times Square.

Liked the location and services at the property. The parking is outside at a parking lot next door a block away and that was not convenient.
