"You can walk to lifts in ski boots. Shops, food, etc. is right next to hotel. We drove, easy parking...everything was just really simple. Two guys running hotel...ashamed to say I never asked their names...extermly friendly and helpful. Would I stay there again...yes."

"We thought this hotel was a good value for money. The location and breakfasts were excellent and the room clean. Our family room was not over the bar and only one night was there significant noise. The service was friendly. There were some hot water issues when we were there, with the shower temperature varying greatly. This may have effected our spa visit where the hot tub was not hot, only lukewarm and the Scottish shower was unbearably cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, the price was 60...

"The Hotel has a nightclub under one part which is not owned by the hotel. I was kept awake until 4am the first night, and 3am the second night. When I asked to move rooms the staff apologised, it is a known issue and effects the entire hotel... I have no idea how you can continue to rent rooms in a hotel where the guests can't sleep... We were moved to the far end of the hotel... and I was still forced to sleep with headphones on. The only saving grace of this hotel is the very nice staff,...

The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. "So glad we chose the Albergo Alpenrose for our weekend ski trip. It’s next to the lift for local slopes, and close to the bus stop that has free services to the wider Monterosa ski area.
