They do communicate with you throughout trip, and respond very quickly to any questions. Location was prime for concert due to only being a 8min walk from the United Center. Maybe a 10min walk to the CTA Train, so very convenient there as well. My only recommendation is to maybe paint the unit, there is makings all over the walls. "This was a beautiful home. It was clean and comfortable. So easy to access the property. Great neighborhood on the south side, close to great food spots and downtown. "

"We booked this property as we were working at the DNC. JD was very attentive and responded to every question. We only had one issue which JD responded to immediately. He was very communicative which is very appreciated. The only negative "if I could call it that" the 4th sleeping space is not a sleeper sofa but a queen air mattress. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would definitely return. Thank you for everything."
