"John was an amazing host for our time in Little Italy to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Seven friends and family had plenty of space to relax in an open living room/kitchen space and beautifully appointed bedrooms. There was everything you needed for coffee, and lots of snacks (even granola bars and ramen noodles! I had a question about parking upon arrival, and John responded within five minutes in person! "My sons and I stayed here for our annual trip to Chicago. We always stay in Chinatown. This place was great. All was clean. It was so quiet. The train can be heard faintly in the distance. Shower was nice. Towels were thick. The little porch was perfect for sitting outside. It was typical Chicago parking. We were always to find a spot. We hope to stay here again."

"The three bedrooms have plenty of space and all of the bathrooms work well. I stay there with some coworkers while on business, so we don't really use the kitchen but it looks like there is plenty of cookware and utensils. It is a great location because it is away from the most noisy areas, but within a fifteen minute walk to museums and tourist spots. The beach is only a ten minute walk, if you're slow. And it's a third of the cost of a hotel, on a per room basis."

"When we arrived it took us over 30 min to get in standing in hot sun. They had our key in the wrong box and we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally got in. We walked into apartment t and there was a trolley of wi Dow air conditioner era sitting f in the living room next to a bag of tools. The windows had air conditioners that were too small and no screens!! I think they bought the wrong ones and were replacing??? But clearly it was NOT a safe or nice place w to stay. "While some of us attended a training the others did the tour thing. The host was very responsive and nice. The neighborhood seemed quiet during the day but not very safe at night.There aren’t things to do nearby but that was fine because we didn’t want to be out too late. Overall our stay was pleasant and the location made it easy to get places in Uber."
