"Had an excellent stay at this property. Lovely welcome when we arrived from the owner. Polite and Friendly waitress at breakfast time. Room was a lovely size . We stayed in the sea view room with balcony. Lovely clean bathroom and a comfy bed with comfy pillows. Added bonus was free onsite parking. Perfect location Will definitely be staying here again Thank you room with a view "

"We had an amazing holiday in a fab house on the beach in Pevensey. Our grand children loved it too! Great for walks , swimming in the sea , the hot tub was great fun.
