"This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. They even made “sagu” for us and this wasn’t even on their menu. 10 out of 10! "

"Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. "Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. "This is a must see! The place is literally inside the forest with the most beautiful nature surrounding you. They have a pool that fills up with water from the purest waterfalls! The service is like no other... we felt like everything was personalized to us. We are amazed by everything and everyone at the Pousada Paraiso do Acu. Highly recommend!"
