Hotel muito bom, com ótima localização no centro histórico de Petrópolis. O atendimento é excelente, com funcionários sempre solícitos e educados. Tive um problema com o ar condicionado que estava com ruído atrapalhando o sono e quando entrei em contato com a recepção fui prontamente trocado de quarto. Recomendo o hotel.

Ótima localização.

Essa foi a terceira vez que nos hospedamos neste hotel. O atendimento é muito bom e a localização é perfeita. É possivel ir a pé a todos os pontos turísticos do Centro Histórico. Passamos a virada de ano lá e a ceia, que é cobrada à parte, estava ótima. Gostei muito e indico.

Foco em melhorias nos aparelhos e café.

Boa recepcao pelos colaboradores de plantao. Quartos pequenos em comparação aos demais hoteis da cidade. Cafe da manhã bom, precisando de atenção nos cuidados com bolos e sucos. Suco com cheiro e gosto de "fruta passada", bolos caseiros gelados e duros. Quartos com tv com imagem ruim, "tremida" , típico de aparelhos antigos.

Hotel bom! Porém, deixou a dever na organização do café da manhã, no dia seguinte à ceia de Ano Novo que foi no próprio hotel. Não estenderam o horário do final do café da manhã e ficou muito confuso, com fila, com falta de louça em alguns momentos, porque todos chegaram no mesmo horário, tendo em vista o pós Réveillon. Acabou encerrando bem depois e ficou confuso. Fora isso, tudo foi bom!
