Great location and beautiful setting.
Loved the stay. Location is great. Walking distance to everything. English speaking staff available. Highly recommend if you want a break from a big city.

Great hotel in two renovated last century mansions, walking distance from Petrópolis main attractions. Staff very polite and willing to help and there is also a great restaurant in the hotel. Highly recommended!

Excepcional!
This hotel is even better in person! The service was outstanding, the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are really comfy & well decorated. The breakfast area is stunning with animal art/paintings all over, wonderful music playing and the food was delicious and varied. They even made “sagu” for us and this wasn’t even on their menu. 10 out of 10!

Surpresa com adicional de 10% ao final da estadia.
Foi uma boa estadia, embora o chuveiro estivesse com imprecisões com relação a temperatura da água que hora variava para muito fria hora para muito quente sem sequer se mexer no abridor. Houve ainda um incidente com um pesado aparador de toalha que caiu em cima do pé. Por fim um final de experiência muito ruim com a inesperada cobrança de 10% por supostos serviços do hotel que não estavam previstos para a diária.

Vários pontos a desejar. Excelente localização
Hotel com uma fachada e local muito bonito, porém faltando muita manutenção. Casa muito antiga e com várias coisas para fazer. Devido o hotel ter uma excelente localização, também tinha muito barulho externo e a acústica muito ruim. Tudo que outro quarto faz dá para ouvir. Não vale o valor que cobra da diária. Café da manhã muito pouca opção de buffet a maioria das coisas tem que pedir e demora muito. Se vc tiver consumo de frigobar a conta vem com taxa de serviço sobre o valor total. Isso é um absurdo tendo em vista que vc já paga taxa de serviço no momento da reserva no site.

O atendimento é impecável. Funcionários muitos gentis e sempre disponíveis. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! Um dos melhores que já comi. Porém, os quartos precisam ser olhados com mais cuidado. Apesar da cama muito confortável, os banheiros são bem ruins. Há muito mofo. Meu marido, que é alérgico, sofreu com isso. O tamanho do box no quarto em que fiquei era super apertado. Fui com criança e foi difícil dar banho na minha filha. A localização é excelente mas o custo benefício não compensa.

Restaurante do hotel é muito bom, com grande destaque para o cafe da manhã. O mobiliario do quarto é antigo, tem alguns tapetes, para quem é alérgico, pode causar algum desconforto. O banheiro precisa de reforma. No nosso quarto havia bastante mofo perto do boxe e o piso parecia um pouco solto
