"Lovely ground floor (and basement) apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Easy walk to most major attractions. Many cafés, bakeries, etc. right around the corner. Clean, easy, effective communications. Of note, like many Parisian dwellings, this does not have air conditioning so it can get warm in the summer. (The owner supplied plenty of fans.) Really cool (and beautiful) to walk out in the morning and see the Eiffel Tower framed down the street."

"This apartment was was modern & efficient with all that we needed for our stay in Paris. We were steps away from restaurants, supermarkets, boulangeries and le Metro. Great shopping nearby too. The owners were absolutely wonderful, very communicative and above-all: accommodating! I would highly recommend this apartment and these owners and will definitely seek one of their properties when I go back to Paris next year."

"Location is convenient for access to the bus and metro stops. Small grocery and bakery nearby. But apartment is not in good condition. Tiles are broken in shower, plumbing pipes are exposed, and second exit door was locked with no key."

She met me later than planned due to my flight and showed me around the home. She had fresh roses and got me the perfect coffee, to my taste.
