The room is clean, well laid out, very quiet, on the small side, but does the job for an overnight airport stay for 2 people. The food could be improved. Not a lot of options on the menu and not very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Rooms were small and cost, but comfortable when I figured out how to use the iPad controller for everything. The food in the lobby restaurant was only fair and pretty pricey . The below grade entrance is challenging with luggage, but the young man on duty in the lobby helped me.

This is our second time staying at Citizen M. We like the hotel. Beds are large and comfortable. Very quiet rooms. Easy walk to Terminal 3. Restaurant in hotel is good.

Booked Citizen M Charles de Gaulle for last night in Paris to be right at the airport. We wanted an stress-free departure after a long stay in France. This was our first time staying at a Citizen M…..and it’s now my new favorite hotel of all time! Seriously!!! Besides all the ovbious wonderful things they do perfection…they let you check in at 2p and check out at 11am. Other big hotels don’t let you check in till 4p and out by 10a. I will be searching for Citizen M’s hotels from now on!!!! Thank you Citizen M
