Nice hotel, but could not get water warm--only extremely hot! The gym was a joke---just three treadmills. Food very, very expensive. BUT, the staff were attentive and kind and it was right by the airport. A step up from the Sheraton.

The female staff member that checked us in around 6.40pm on 7 Jan 2025 was extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel rooms are very old and have not been renovated since the 1980s. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and you should avoid this hotel. It is over priced.

The rats around the hotel was the worst experience of m y trip. I will definitely not come back or recommend it to anyone. I should have booked the Sheraton in terminal 2, which seems no rats, and way more convenient. The room also smells, and the pasta downstairs was the worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life.
