Very cute cozy hotel. The staff and housekeeping were amazing! Location is great, close to shopping, restaurants and metros. The only suggestion I have is to put a little extra lighting in the rooms.

I recently stayed at Hôtel Littéraire Marcel Aymé, BW Premier Collection in Paris, and while the staff was truly outstanding, my experience was unfortunately marred by a significant issue. There was a strange noise coming from the walls. I'm assuming it had to do with the water system and it made getting a restful night’s sleep nearly impossible. I mentioned this to the concierge, but all I received was a 30 minute late checkout as compensation. I spent two nights tossing and turning due to the noise, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, I found the rooms to be quite small and the shower was really cramped. The beds creaked a lot, which didn’t help either! On the positive side, the hotel does excel in cleanliness and location, and the staff is genuinely helpful and friendly. While I believe those aspects deserve praise, the overall experience felt more in line with a 2 or 3-star rating because of the noise and room size. If they could address these issues, it would certainly enhance the stay for future guests!

Loved this boutique hotel and loved the area. So close to the metro and train station, and all the shops close by are fantastic. No, there's no fridge in the room, but oh well!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were lovely. Even by Paris standards, the room (#14) was tiny and storage was not well designed so I ended up keeping my suitcase on the bed (solo traveler). The windows are very effective at keeping out noise, but fresh air means opening the windows and it's rather noisy street side. Towels do not dry well, so if you are eco-concious and are bothered by slightly damp towels, you'll need to have them changed each day.

The location is right in the middle of the vibrant Montmartre district, walking distance to the metro station. Yet the hotel is amazingly quiet, being off the busiest street. Wonderful shops and restaurants around the block as well as famous landmarks. The hotel room is small but has everything you’d need. The bed is comfortable, although the pillows could be better. The shower is powerful and the bathroom has a window. The only thing that made me a bit queasy is the decor in the room, it’s all about this writer, the namesake of the hotel, Marcel Ayme, whose portraits stare at you when you’re confined in this tiny room! Oh my, I had to get used to it. It surely feels a bit creepy.

Very nice experience for staying in Montmartre and Quartier Pigalle close to Metropolitan stations that connect you to the major tourist attractions quickly. The neighborhood is like out a Parisian movie, it really is like the movies. Nice staff and good breakfast
