"Beautiful little apartment, very clean, the communication was clear and there was someone waiting for us to check in even though their office was closed. Super comfortable and clean with a great walkable location, would definitely rent again! If you have a hard time with stairs note that this place has no elevator and a rather small staircase. We were backpacking so this was not a problem! Loved it! "

"Lovely ground floor (and basement) apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Easy walk to most major attractions. Many cafés, bakeries, etc. right around the corner. Clean, easy, effective communications. Of note, like many Parisian dwellings, this does not have air conditioning so it can get warm in the summer. (The owner supplied plenty of fans.) The owners were absolutely wonderful, very communicative and above-all: accommodating! Even messaged to check in case of any flood damage with heavy rain we experienced during our stay. Download/screenshot the codes ahead of trip. Phone signal poor in the area or head out into the street to pick up the information. Lots of bars, restaurants, cafes right on your doorstep - very much spoilt...

"Everything was great for this price point and location in Paris. Thomas was very helpful at check in. Some suggestions would be to have a fan or ceiling fan and an outlet in the bathroom as well as bath/ shampoo choice that is hypoallergenic. There is no A/C but if you can sleep with the windows open you don’t need it. "
