Had issues with internet and tv didn’t work during stay, also hot water was not turned on, had to talk to host to get it turned on. Host did his best to fix the issue with TV but ended up not working during our stay."

"Everything went super smoothly and the apartment was spacious, had great lighting, and modern features. It was the most comfortable place we stayed during our time in Europe and we really enjoyed having the balcony and washing machine! The neighborhood isn't close to tourist attractions, but this was actually something most of our group liked. We really liked the flea market and hanging out at a local bar, and appreciated that some locals taught us some French and were patient with us :) "

The connection with the Property Manager was excellent and I received responses and action immediately. Recommendations - New sheet for Sofa Bed would be good. "Incredibly well equipped for a small space in what is a quiet building. The bed is a foldout futon which was as comfortable as one could be. The door lock is funky and you would need to be instructed on its use. You will need to buy a Metro card to get most places in Paris. The Metro station is an 11 minute walk away in what would be a reasonably safe neighbourhood or quartier. A great bistro is just feet away with superb food. Monoprix is the best supermarket within walking distance."

"I will not recommend this place to anyone it was dirty, the sheets were used, garbage in the kitchen , it stinks a lot, dusty-Had to clean and spray everything just to use it for the night. Noisy old Fridge and TV-Iwill never go book it again. I can't believe we paid a lot for such disgusting place."
