"We had a three day stay and a two bedroom apartment with friends from UK and we are from Australia? we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and upgraded to the Club lounge unfortunately not realising that this does not include beer or house wine during the day but only for a one hour happy hour each day between 5:30 and 6:30. "The staff was friendly. It was not super convenient to walk outside the hotel, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus. The first room I checked into had a lot of ants, hence my 4/5 star review. However, they were quick to give me a new room which was good. I wouldn’t say that this restaurant met my expectations for a 5 star hotel but it was not bad."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Beautiful hotel which is a calm oasis despite being close to the hustle and bustle of Patong. In particular the restaurant was superb at both breakfast and other meal times and amazing customer service from the restaurant staff. Although the prices are more than what you would pay elsewhere in Patong it was excellent food quality and a wide array of choices so you could easily go half board. "Stayed 28 days. It was a good room. Good location. Staff was excellent. The pool was nice; partially in the shade for a majority of the day. A band did play until 10 or 11 in a nearby location, otherwise quiet for Patong. I would definitely stay again."
